Shipping and returns


CRISTYS SERIE LIMITADA will deliver the products purchased by the User at the address indicated for that purpose in the order form, as soon as possible and, in any case, always within seven (7) working days from the date of formulation of the order, or the payment consignment, if it has been made with a card. Shipping costs will be borne by the Customer, which will be duly indicated during the purchase procedure, before the sale is perfected, unless otherwise indicated by CRISTYS SERIE LIMITADA. This term will not operate on those items whose parts are exclusively manufactured, which will be identified as such in the product description, and in the case of arrangements and modifications, which will be delivered within the period that is agreed directly with the customer, according to the difficulty.

In case of omission or error in the completion of the data provided by the User, CRISTYS SERIE LIMITADA is not responsible for any inconvenience caused and the costs of reshipment will be borne by the User. Under no circumstances will shipments be made to post office boxes and call centers.

The responsibility for the items is from CRISTYS SERIE LIMITADA until receipt of the shipment by the customer, except in the case that the customer expressly chooses a different shipping method from the one proposed by CRISTYS SERIE LIMITADA, in which case our responsibility would end in the moment of the collection of the shipment in our warehouse.

In the event that force majeure causes do not allow delivery of the order within the established period, CRISTYS SERIE LIMITADA undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible of the new expected date of delivery, leaving CRISTYS SERIE LIMITADA, in this case, released from the commitment indicated in the previous section.

If the delivery cannot be made by not finding a person who receives the shipment at the indicated destination, the company responsible for its delivery will provide instructions to the User to agree on a new delivery date.

At the time of receipt, the User must verify that the order coincides in quantity and type of product with the requested. The user will have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the effective receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal on the total purchase or on some of the products, being the responsibility of the customer return costs. Returns will only be accepted when the product is in identical delivery conditions, retaining all original features, such as packaging or labeling.

According to the delivery method selected by the customer, there will be some shipping costs that will be added on the final price of the purchase, provided that it does not meet the requirements for its gratuity (store pickup or exceed the minimum purchase amount). However, the User will always be informed of the associated shipping costs before finalizing their purchase. The acceptance of the "General conditions of sale" by the User, will always imply acceptance of the CRISTYS SERIE LIMITADA shipping cost policy:

SPAIN (except Canary Islands)

- Free standard shipping from € 60 purchase.

- Standard delivery: € 6

- Express delivery: € 15


The shipping price will be calculated in the shopping cart, and will vary depending on the destination of the order.


This right may not be exercised in the following cases: (1) Products recorded, customized or made according to user specifications and (2) products already used.

Return notifications must be made at the email address, or via telephone +34 952 821934.

The return will not be subject to any formalism, being sufficient that it sends us a communication to the aforementioned means of identification and that the User sends us the items purchased, before the deadline, to the address: C / Padre Francisco Echamendi Aristu, number 5, CP 29601 from Marbella (Málaga). However, CRISTYS SERIE LIMITADA has made available to the User a form to exercise their willingness to withdraw part or all of the purchase.

Once we receive the return notification, the price paid for the returned products will be refunded, which will be processed by the same means of payment used by the user in the purchase process.

If CRISTYS SERIE LIMITADA could not meet the User's request for not having stocks at the time of making the purchase, this will be communicated through the website itself or notified as soon as possible, offering another alternative or Similar product or even the cancellation of the order and payment of the transaction made.

CRISTYS SERIE LIMITADA guarantees the greatest diligence and responsibility in the processing and management of purchases and shipments, but in no case can it guarantee delays or breaches due to external causes or events outside its organization and that are beyond its control (labor strikes or of transport, inclement weather, natural disasters, etc.).
