2. Object
2.1 These conditions will regulate the use of the website that CRISTYS SERIE LIMITADA makes available to its users and customers. The purchase may be made from Spain, comprising the entire peninsular territory. CRISTYS SERIE LIMITADA may authorize purchases from the island territories (Balearic Islands and Canary Islands), and from abroad, being these, subject to shipping costs.
2.2 These General Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, on services of the information society and electronic commerce, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the text recast of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, all legal provisions of mandatory application.

3. Conditions of access and purchase
3.1 Access to CRISTYS SERIE LIMITADA web is free and attributes the condition of User to whoever performs it, regardless of the subsequent use of the services offered.

3.5 Orders that have not been paid in 7 days will be canceled.
4. Products offered and information available
4.1 The Products available in the store will show their characteristics and compositions provided in accordance with Law 17/1985, of July 1, on objects made of precious metals, in addition to an illustrative image of the product it represents. 4.2 The prices indicated are in euros (identified by the € symbol) and include VAT and any other applicable taxes and will be in force at all times. 4.3 CRISTYS SERIE LIMITADA reserves the right to cancel a purchase when it has been caused by an obvious informational or typographical error, which will be notified to the user as soon as possible, canceling any account charges that may have occurred.
5. Forms of payment, delivery and right of withdrawal.
5.1 Once the products have been selected, the prices and the totalization of the shopping cart will be shown as well as the shipping costs, all before proceeding to the payment, which can be made exclusively through the PayPal platform (including payments on card), being at the discretion of CRISTYS SERIE LIMITADA the authorization of payment by bank transfer. The User must follow all the instructions that appear on the screen, providing the information provided to successfully complete the operation.
5.2 CRISTYS SERIE LIMITADA has contracted a payment gateway in its store that obey the security standards required in electronic commerce, so all transmitted data will be encrypted to ensure maximum security of the same through HTTPS protocol, by what the User has the guarantee that the transaction will be carried out in a safe way.
5.3. CRISTYS SERIE LIMITADA will deliver the products purchased by the User at the address indicated for that purpose in the order form, as soon as possible and, in any case, always within seven (7) working days from the date of formulation of the order, or the consignment of the payment, if it has been done by card. Shipping costs will be paid by the Customer, which will be duly indicated during the purchase procedure, before the sale is perfected, unless otherwise indicated by CRISTYS SERIE LIMITADA. This term will not operate on those items whose parts are exclusively manufactured, which will be identified as such in the product description, and in the case of arrangements and modifications, which will be delivered within the period that is agreed directly with the customer, according to their difficulty.
5.4 The user will have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the effective receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal on the total purchase or on some of the products, with the customer being responsible for the return costs. Returns will only be accepted when the product is in identical delivery conditions, retaining all original features, such as packaging or labeling.
5.5 This right may not be exercised in the following cases: (i) Products recorded, customized or made according to the user's specifications and (ii) products already used.
5.6 Once we receive the return notification, the price paid corresponding to the returned products will be refunded, which will be processed by the same means of payment used by the user in the purchase process.

However, CRISTYS SERIE LIMITADA has made available to the User a form to exercise their willingness to withdraw part or all of the purchase.
5.9 If CRISTYS SERIE LIMITADA could not handle the User's request for not having stocks at the time of the purchase, this will be communicated through the website itself or notified as soon as possible, offering another alternative or similar product or even proceeding with the cancellation of the order and payment of the transaction made.
5.10 CRISTYS SERIE LIMITADA guarantees the greatest diligence and responsibility in the processing and management of purchases and shipments, but in no case may it guarantee delays or breaches due to external causes or events outside its organization and that are beyond its control (labor or transportation strikes, inclement weather, natural disasters, etc.).
6. Warranty
In accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, CRISTYS SERIE LIMITADA offers on all its products a guarantee of two years from its delivery and will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund of the product amount. If you have to make a warranty claim, please contact through the means of contact provided above.
This warranty does not cover possible breakage or wear caused by use, or in cases where there is an inappropriate or improper use of the purchased product. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

8. Applicable legislation
8.1 These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The resolution of conflicts or controversies will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Marbella.
8.2 However, we can establish the arbitration system for consumer arbitration, in which case this will be the ordinary means of resolving discrepancies.
